These Terms of Service govern your use of the omnistridemedia.com cruise comparison and booking support service.

1. Service description

omnistridemedia.com provides tools that help you compare cruise/vacation package offers and submit booking requests or inquiries. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific cruise, itinerary, cabin, price, or promotion.

2. No guarantee; accuracy limitations

  • Information shown on the service (including price, availability, schedules, inclusions, and conditions) is provided by third parties or derived from sources available to us and may change without notice.
  • We do not represent that any booking request will be accepted or that the final contract terms will match the preview information.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the final offer and contract terms provided to you before concluding a transaction.

If you purchase or book through a distance/online flow, the contracting supplier and/or organizer sets the final terms. For distance contracting with consumers, the trader must provide consumer information that identifies the seller/contractor and enables claims, including required details before concluding the distance contract, under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. For electronic distance contracting, the e-commerce law governs obligations of the supplier toward the consumer under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

3. Booking requests and electronic contracting

By submitting a booking request or providing details in an electronic environment, you agree that your information may be used to process the request and communicate with the contracting entity. The final distance electronic contract and consumer rights depend on the contracting party and the terms provided to you at checkout.

If we collect personal data through this page (including identifiers), we will process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.

4. Marketing and advertising

Any marketing or advertising content on this service must not be misleading. Any statements about price, availability, or conditions that encourage purchases must be accurate and verifiable, under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”.

5. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, omnistridemedia.com is not liable for differences between displayed information and the final terms provided by the contracting supplier, nor for service disruptions caused by third parties, carriers, payment systems, or internet connectivity.

6. Consumer claims and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint or claim related to a specific cruise/vacation booking, you should direct it to the contracting entity responsible for the distance contract. The service is intended to support your request submission path for dispute resolution and does not replace the contracting party’s obligations. For consumer claims handling, relevant rights and duties are supported under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

This form submits your request for processing. The assembler provides the final action URL and thank-you redirect.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
